Acute service is an important part of our quality objectives. Repairs are thus performed or initiated within 24 hours in Europe – and within 3 days on other markets, when a customer experiences a sudden breakdown.
All of our service engineers and partners are thoroughly trained in faultfinding and prompt problem solving on all JHL unit types.
